Pistons are one of the most important components in engines. All our pistons are modeled and designed exactly according to the 3D CAD models of the JPS Aircooled cylinder head.
Complete CNC machining of the piston on the outside and inside. So we are able to reduce the piston weight to an absolute minimum without reducing the stability or durability of the piston.

JPS Aircooled 91mm PISTONS are CNC milled high-tech Pistons with great features like:
- Piston weigth: 327 grams
- 22mm precision lightweight wrist pins
- Underhead milling (reduce weight)
- Internal Milling 3D milling
- Shelf milling
- Plunge Bosses milling (pocket under wrist pin)
- Skirt Coating
- Anti-detonation grooves
- Accumulator groove
- 1mm - 1,2mm - 2,5mm rings.
- Laser logo
All these features make our pistons a class of their own!
CNC precision cast CYLINDERS are machined and honed in Switzerland.
- The CYLINDERS are absolutely straight up and round when torqued with 30Nm
- The finish honing is perfect for the use of the 1.0/1.2/2.5mm piston rings package
- Case machining to our instructions give you a perfect base and sealing surface
- You will get exactly 1mm deck height
- No cooper sealing rings necessary, because all is straight and parallel
- Many years in use
- Stock head studs can be used
